Our Story
Inspired by a 2003 trip through Tuscany and a desire to bring its authentic flavors to the New World, BellaBrava was born in 2005 as a vibrant trattoria. We set out to create a casual dining experience, less formal than a traditional ristorante, where old‑world Italian flavors mingle seamlessly with new‑world flair.
As a scratch kitchen, we take pride in making our pasta, pizza dough, and focaccia fresh in‑house every day, using quality ingredients and time‑honored techniques. Our menu, crafted with fresh and often locally sourced ingredients, celebrates the best of Italy, from seafood and classic pastas to delicious our pizzas fired in our signature Woodstone ovens.
